MY BABY IS NOT A PREEMIE BUT IS STILL IN THE NICU. CAN I REQUEST A BOX?
Absolutely! These care packages are for all families experiencing a stay in the hospital with their infant. While they are tailored more towards preemie parents, they can be modified for full term infants, infants who have been admitted for surgeries, or infants who have moved from the NICU to another care facility.
I HAVE TWINS. CAN I REQUEST TWO BOXES?
In the case of twins (or more) please just add information for all babies. I will multiple some of the items, such as the clothing and blankets, while keeping some items singular, such as notebooks and chapstick.
I REQUESTED A BOX AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT, WHAT DO I DO?
All boxes are sent out within 5 days after request. Please allow for 10-12 days after making a request for delivery. If you submitted a request, 12 days have passed, and you have not received your package, please contact us at email@example.com
